Solid chair, minor issue

I purchased the Kratos PRO 4D Throne and overall I'm happy with it. The haptic feedback is excellent and really enhances gaming and movies. Comfort is good for extended use. However, the assembly instructions could be a bit clearer, I had a small hiccup with one of the armrests but figured it out eventually. Delivery was prompt, and the packaging was robust. It's a high-quality product, but for the price, I'd expect a slightly more intuitive setup process.

Absolutely love my new chair!

I finally got my Kratos PRO 4D Throne and it's incredible! The immersive gaming experience is just next level. I spent hours in it yesterday and it felt like I was truly inside the game. The haptic feedback is so precise, it really adds a whole new dimension. Set up was easy enough too, took me about an hour. I'm already planning to get the VR Haptic Feedback System next. My friends are so jealous. Definitely shopping here again!

Nice home cinema seat

So, I snagged one of their 4D Home Cinema Seats, and it's pretty cool. My old couch was just not cutting it for movie nights anymore, you know? This seat really adds to the experience, especially with action movies. Shipping took about 5 days to reach me in Denver, which was fine. The haptic stuff is subtle but effective. My wife even likes it, which is saying something. No real complaints, just a solid purchase.

Great value on bundle

I was looking for a new gaming chair for a while but these can get pricey. I saw Kratos 4d had a bundle discount during their holiday promotion that included the Kratos 4D Throne and a Haptic Feedback Vest. It wasn't a huge discount, but enough to make me pull the trigger. The Klarna financing also helped a lot. It felt like a good deal, especially for getting both items. Definitely worth the investment for the gaming experience.

Does anyone know if they do payment plans? Like, I really want the PRO but my wallet is crying just thinking about it. Klarna or something similar would be clutch.

T Tom M. 2 months ago

Yep, they definitely offer Klarna financing. That's how I got mine. Super easy to set up at checkout, just pick Klarna as your payment option.

Can confirm Klarna is an option. It's how most people afford these things, lol. Makes it way more manageable.

thinking about getting one of these haptic chairs, but I'm torn between the Kratos and like, a D-BOX setup. Anyone have experience with both or can say if the Kratos is really worth the extra money?

P Priya Patel 2 months ago

I've only tried the Kratos but my buddy has a D-BOX. From what I gather, the Kratos is more integrated, like the whole chair is the experience. D-BOX feels more like an add-on to your existing chair, if that makes sense. Kratos definitely feels more premium.

It really depends on what you're looking for. The Kratos is a full system. D-BOX is good if you already have a super comfy chair you don't wanna replace, but the Kratos is probably more immersive out of the box.

What's the typical lead time for these chairs? I'm in NYC and kinda hoping to get one before a big gaming weekend coming up.

A Amber Reyes 2 months ago

Manufacturing lead time can be a few weeks, I think. Mine took like 3-4 weeks before it even shipped. Don't count on it arriving super fast for a specific date unless you're lucky. Shipping to NYC might add a few extra days on top of that too.

Yeah, they're not Amazon prime lol. Mine was a good month from order to delivery. They don't just have them sitting in a warehouse ready to go.

Hey, wondering if the military discount applies to the Kratos PRO 4D Throne or just the regular version? I saw something about it on their site but it wasn't super clear.

N Nina Romero 2 months ago

AFAIK, the military discount usually applies to everything on their site. I used mine on a bundle during a holiday sale and it worked fine. It's usually a set amount off, not a percentage, so it should apply to either model.

I used a first responder discount on a PRO model, so I'd imagine the military one works the same. They usually treat those specific discounts pretty broadly.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows if Kratos 4D is legit? I've seen some ads and it looks cool but it's a big purchase and I'm a bit nervous about dropping that much cash on something potentially scammy.

J Jared 2 months ago

Yeah, they're legit. I got my Kratos PRO last year during Black Friday. Shipping took a bit but it showed up. No issues with the chair itself, really changed my gaming.

Totally legit, my friend bought one. The haptic feedback is actually insane. You won't regret it.
